Our Team
Grace's team of staff is diverse and dynamic.

The school's classes are managed and run by a team of foreign teachers in order to give the students an education experience that is as authentically western as possible. Grace has employed teachers from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and America, exposing students to a wide variety of western cultures.

Administration is managed by Grace's team of local Chinese staff who manage the internal operations of the company. This includes the school, satellite programs, and outreach initiatives. The Chinese staff also assist foreign staff in their transition into Chinese culture.

We believe that children should be taught far more than just language structure and essay writing; children need communication skills, community, positive relationships and much, much more. We want our students to see these skills modelled in our staff before they ever learn about them in a classroom.
